REFUND POLICY

Refund Policy for WebDesign Mantra Web Design and Development Services

At WebDesign Mantra, we are committed to delivering high-quality web design and development services. We aim for complete client satisfaction. However, due to the nature of the services we provide, we have established the following refund policy to ensure clarity and fairness for both our agency and clients.

By engaging with our services, you agree to the terms outlined in this refund policy.


1. No Refunds for Completed Work

Due to the custom nature of our services, all payments made for completed work are non-refundable. This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Web design and development services
  • Custom coding or programming
  • Content creation
  • Consultation or strategy sessions
  • SEO services

Once a project or milestone is completed and delivered, and the Client has approved the work, the fees paid are non-refundable.

2. Refund Eligibility for Unfinished Work

In the event that a project is halted by WebDesign Mantra or is not completed due to reasons on our end (e.g., failure to meet deadlines or significant quality issues), the Client may be eligible for a partial refund for unfinished work. Refund amounts will be determined based on the scope of work completed up to that point.

Conditions for Refund:

  • The refund request must be made within 30 days of the project’s halt.
  • The refund will be calculated based on the value of work completed at the time of the refund request.
  • No refund will be issued for work already completed and approved by the Client.

3. Refund Process

To initiate a refund request, the Client must contact WebDesign Mantra in writing via email to customersupport@webdesignmantra.com. The request must include:

  • A detailed explanation of the reason for the refund request.
  • Any supporting documentation (e.g., project status, communication history) to support the claim.

Upon receiving the refund request, we will review the situation and assess the eligibility for a refund within 15 business days. If a refund is approved, the Client will be notified, and the refund will be processed in accordance with our policy.

4. Refunds for Deposits and Partial Payments

For projects that are in the early stages, such as during the design or development phase, the deposit or partial payments made are non-refundable once work has started. If the project is canceled by the Client after work has commenced, the deposit will be retained by WebDesign Mantra to cover the costs of work completed up to that point.

If the Client decides to cancel the project before work has started, the deposit may be refundable, subject to the following conditions:

  • The Client must notify WebDesign Mantra in writing before any work is commenced.
  • A refund will be issued within 15 business days of cancellation, minus any applicable administrative fees.

5. No Refunds for Third-Party Services

In cases where third-party services (e.g., hosting, domain registration, software licenses) are required for the project, WebDesign Mantra will not be responsible for issuing refunds for these services. Any charges related to third-party providers will be the responsibility of the Client and are subject to the terms and policies of the third-party provider.

6. Changes to Refund Policy

WebDesign Mantra reserves the right to modify or update this refund policy at any time. Changes to this policy will be communicated to the Client via email, and the updated policy will be posted on our website. All refund requests will be handled based on the refund policy in place at the time of the request.
